They are showing"Love Actually" on tv !!! ... its pretty heart warming show, one of my fav movies, never got sick of watching it again....lol.... somehow i think it would be ideal to watch on xmas eve or xmas day.
Jialat, now got 2 other shows on tv showing currently, EPL at 12, and Rail Taiwan on Chn news Asia...Tay ping hui n ann kok hosting this travel show in taiwan....wahhhhh.....sooo niceee.......wanna go back taiwan again....to eat eat n eat !!!! ahhaha.......hmm..maybe i shld use this short holiday to go back ? darn it....showing all those night snacks delicacies at this hr...yummmyyy...how to tahan !!!!

Shawshank redemption : A movie which im not of legal age to watch during the time of release, but caught it the night before. Awesome movie, Andy, serving life sentence for murder which he never committed. After 20 yrs, it would seem to have lost in hope and despair when a gimmer of hope for retrial was shattered by the warden. But never did i realise that Andy has been digging a escape route all these 20 yrs, which he eventually found the freedom. " Never lose a hope, it can never be taken from you....but doesn't hope drive you insane in gloomy prison?" " on the outside, im a decent banker and i'm been made a crook on the inside" haha....kinda like this dialogue between Red and Andy, when Andy was responsible for creating fictious tax deductable account for the warden. I do also like the segment of movie showing how Brooks and Red struggled to adapt to outside world after spenting half a century serving their terms. "Its a harsh reality out there...constantly being afraid, to fear, and whether shld you be busy living....or busy dying" To think Red and Brooks would actually be willing to go back to prison after their taste of freedom again.
Well, I do admire the determination in the movie to clinch onto any gimmer of hope, which brings to differentiate between pessimistic and optimistic people. " Is the bottle half empty or half full" "

haizz....Once again....i'm back in 5/28 The Avenue...Like what me and my dear housemate would call it - " The Avenue Horror 2" , co starring Nic Ngai n Sam Chou. Worldwide premiere on 18th July, the day which we landed in Perth. The title probably bears some similarity to the famous " The Amitiville Horror" if you have watched the movie before. The rationale behind the Avenue Horror is because of spate of unluckly incidents which befallen on us last sem, ie, car incidents, cark park fine, unreasonable neighbour residing below us, hsemate suffering from diahoerra and others which i vaguely rem. But last but not least, i have a friend who was able to see "things" when he was young til his teens. He might be too sensitive, but he once told me he felt spooky abt my hse....haha.... hence the movie, "The Avenue Horror" . Anyway, the 3 wks of holiday was awesome lar....though i ditched plan to travel to melbourne last min n headed back home, but somehow, the trip was necessary to settle some things n had wonderful time catching up with old pals ( Mandy, Matt, Doug, Mic, & CS ) Here i am...back to this shabby old apartment...haha no lar...exaggerating abit...struggling to find mood to even attend lectures..haha Still in holiday mood....haizz...hope everything gonna be fine n tune back to studious mood ......*sob*

ah huh...this is my balcony sia !! haha....got a table n chair to relac jack at nite ....bought candles and candle holder from Ikea recently....specially for relac jack purposes...haha...sometimes when feeling bored at nite, just lid the candle, sit at the balcony, sipping away coffee and enjoying the quiet nite...
Can you send the red car in the pic ?? Its parked outside "Broadway" Pizza....its just across the street from my place...always go for coffee at nite at the cafe beside "Broadway" Pizza. I figure everyone's reaction would be "waH ! got Pizza for supper at nite leh....shiok leh...but to date..yet to have Pizza for supper leh...dun know y...has carvings for it lar...but guess got better stuff to eat at home for supper compared to staying at Currie Hall, where u can only have Indo maggi mee or Pizza for supper...haha...
